Found a bug, got stuck or want to appeal an account decision? Email [email protected] with your pilot name, what happened and any case reference. Never send passwords or sign-in tokens.

Account and data deletion

In the account screen, choose Delete account and confirm with Google. Play stops immediately. Deletion completes after 30 days. Sign in with the same Google account during that window to view status or cancel.

Without the app, email [email protected] with the subject “Null Expanse account deletion” and your pilot name. We will verify ownership and help process your request. You do not need to reinstall the game. Email alone cannot transfer your account to a different Google identity.

Google account recovery

Google manages your sign-in credentials. Use Google account recovery if you cannot access your Google account.
