Terms of Service

Effective 25 October 2026.

The game

Null Expanse is an online game by Space Junk Industries. It is in development: content, rules and balance will change, test data may be reset before launch, and features may be added or removed. We will say so when a reset is planned.

Your account

Sign in through Google. One Google identity opens one game account; changing its email does not create a new account. There is no game password or guest sign-in. Google handles Google account recovery.

Use one game account per person, with up to the number of pilots the game allows. Keep your Google account secure. Do not share your game account or use someone else's. Suspected linked accounts receive staff review, including household explanations; signals alone do not cause automatic bans. Confirmed linked accounts share applicable limits and one live play session. You can appeal through Help or by email.

Fair play

No bots, unauthorized automation, multiboxing to gain advantage, exploits, cheating or attacks on the service. Planned chat must stay civil: no harassment, hate, threats, scams or illegal content. We may warn, mute, suspend or close accounts for proven rule violations. Appeal at [email protected].

Delete your account

Choose Delete account in the account screen and confirm with Google. Sessions are revoked immediately and play stops. Deletion completes after 30 days; sign in with the same Google account during that window to view status or cancel. Deletion removes your pilots and belongings. Necessary pseudonymous transaction records may remain for game integrity. See the privacy policy for retention, backups and requests without the app.

Virtual items and planned purchases

In-game credits, items, ships and cosmetics have no real-world value and cannot be sold or traded outside the game. Cosmetic purchases are planned and unavailable in the sign-in build. Android purchases will use Google Play under its terms; entitlements will be licensed to your account. Refunds will follow Google Play's policies and applicable law.

Content

The game, its art, names and sounds belong to Space Junk Industries or its licensors. Names and, when available, messages you create must not infringe others' rights. You give us a licence to display them in the game.

Availability

We try to keep the service running but cannot promise uptime, and we may change or discontinue the game. The game is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent allowed by law; our liability is limited to what the law requires.
